Tim has been with Nebraska Realty since 2023 and now serves in the role of General Counsel. In this role, Tim oversees the company's legal functions and advises the company’s senior management team in all areas of corporate and real estate law, including regulatory enforcement matters. Tim also assists with the company’s real estate development efforts across the region. Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Tim graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in 2017 and a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2020. Before joining Nebraska Realty, Tim worked as an attorney in private practice advising individuals, businesses, and governmental entities on a variety of real estate and business topics. He also obtained his Nebraska real estate license in 2021 and regularly helps buyers and sellers at every stage of the acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial real estate. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and following Husker athletics. Tim is also actively involved in his church community and several non-profit organizations.
