In 2023, Marcus transitioned to real estate after more than a decade in education, where he honed his skills of creativity, problem-solving, and inspiring others to achieve their goals. Originally from St. Joseph, MO, Marcus moved to Nebraska to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a degree in music education and performed with the Cornhusker Marching Band. Today, Marcus brings that same passion for helping others to the world of real estate. He combines his creativity and analytical thinking to help others craft solutions. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time with family and friends, diving into books, and all things music—from live concerts to going down a Spotify rabbit hole. As a self-proclaimed nerd, he is a life-long learner, willing to try new things and wonder, "What if?"
