Originally from a small Nebraska town, Jim attended college and earned a degree in Architectural Drafting, Design, and Surveying. Following college, he worked in the construction industry eventually becoming a foreman and superintendent. Jim transitioned to the sales industry and got his Nebraska real estate salesperson license in 2004. In 2009 he became a member of the Nebraska Realty staff and eventually became a managing broker. Jim serves as a resource to agents representing builders and those doing new home transactions. He also helps oversee the Nebraska Realty facilities. Jim likes to be involved in community service and his faith. Of all his life experiences and job titles, Jim’s favorite is grandfather. Spending time with family is his favorite pastime.
